Presley Gerber, the 27-year-old son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber, was found unresponsive at a rehabilitation facility in Santa Monica on Sunday morning.

He was pronounced dead at 9:45 a.m. The Santa Monica Police Department said they are investigating the death as a suspected overdose and reported no indication of foul play.

Paramedics were initially called to report a cardiac arrest, and a second call from the same address referenced a possible overdose. An autopsy has been completed, though toxicology results are pending, and the exact cause of death has not been officially determined.

A family representative confirmed his death and asked for privacy during what she described as an extremely difficult time.

Gerber was born in 1999 and grew up in Malibu. As a teenager, he entered modeling, signing with IMG Models at 15 and making his runway debut at 16. Over the following years, he worked with brands including Dolce & Gabbana, Calvin Klein, Celine, Tommy Hilfiger and Pepsi. He later moved to DNA Model Management, where his biography described him as an entrepreneur inspired by his mother’s career.
